This is my first round and so happy to find it. I've been reading and following along with R65, so I'm ready to start. I find about 10 days is about how long my motivation lasts, so hoping to put build in some more accountability.

From Sunday, 2.25 miles on treadmill. Stopped due to the worst shinsplints, even though I stretched. Frustrating!
