I just read this article online when I was researching the Endomorph body type. Great information

^^^^This For my husband and I this is a lifestyle change, not a diet. Incorporating more fruit, vegetables, whole grains and lean protein along with exercise is just what we do now. We're trying to live healthier and banning certain foods or food groups is not a realistic way to live for us.

That is an AWESOME NSV!! I have noticed the same with my daughter. If I'm eating a pear, she'll ask for some and end up eating the whole thing. Today I was having a snack of sugar snap peas and Laughing Cow cheese, she came over and finished it up for me. We do lead by example whether we know it or not!!
