Sounds like they weren't there to work out. Which in and of itself wouldn't be a problem, but the fact that they are preventing people who actually came to the gym to work out to do just such is a problem. Sounds like you were in the right, but I'm sure the whole thing was lost on them, dude.

I'm just over a month into the Insanity workout. Lost my love handles according to my wife. I still think I see traces of them. I started seeing my abs, but still don't have a six-pack. After a month I was about 15 labs down, too.

Yeah, they have plenty of places in Rochester, I'm sure. Syracuse, too. I just need some place I can walk to! lol!
