Mine were horrible! Sore boobs for the week before and the week during, acne, headaches, cramping to the point that I couldn't even walk, and it would be about a week long. I get the depo shot now and I haven't had one for 2 years...it's heaven :laugh:

I'm also going to suggest 30 day shred. 20 minutes of circuit training with a few minutes of warm-up and cool-down. For 20 minutes it's pretty intense and people have gotten great results with it. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/253907-the-ultimate-before-and-after-30-day-shred-thread

PB and pickle sandwich, yes it actually tastes delicious! PB & banana. PB just on it's own with a big ole glass of chocolate milk (my nighttime snack 99% of the time)

I was recommended the neti pot for allergies too...I've never tried it though cause the thought of pouring water up my nose kinda freaks me out :laugh: As for oil pulling, it seems almost as unpleasant as pouring water up your nose :sick:

The chickpeas are great. Also popcorn is great since it's pretty low calorie and crunchy! Just put vinegar in a spritz bottle and toss the popcorn as you spritz it so it doesn't get soggy.

I've drawn a lot of portraits, my portfolio is probably mostly portraits. I am also highly inspired by Tim Burton, so I have a lot of drawings and paintings I've done in that type of style.

I'm 5'3 and weigh 124 lbs currently. I started at 140 and am looking to get around 115 again. I eat 1400 a day + exercise calories.

3 times a day?! That is insane! I hate showers and hate having wet hair :sick: So I wash my hair once a week (these funky colors wash out too fast otherwise :tongue: ), plus my hair never gets greasy. I shower when I feel like it, but wash myself down with a washcloth and soap every morning so I'm not dirty.:smile:

I technically only have 1 meal, which is dinner. Everything else is pretty much snacks...I never was a breakfast or lunch person.
