You really should be careful with eating too less. When you don't eat enough, your body will try to go into a starvation mode which makes it exponentially harder to lose weight. Try exercising and MEETING your food goals! Good luck!

The only way that would ever be an issue is if, after never exercising your entire life, you decided to start running, 8months pregnant. Doctors say that as long as your body is use to the stress/motion of exercising it will not harm you when you are pregnant.

I love Goodwill and looking around on Ebay...You can find new or gently used clothes at both places for relatively cheap prices! I also shop to clearance racks A LOT! WTG and keep up the good work!
