Listen to your body, rest is definitely as important as the actual exercise itself. I workout when I am sore on occasion, but not if I am extremely sore. It's good to push your limits, but pace yourself for now. Once you become a little more experienced lifting, you will be able to push yourself more. Good luck!

George Forman Grill is the best way for me. Just random spices, throw it on the grill, and it's good. I have salsa that is only 3 calories per tablespoon that I top it with that helps out a lot!

I've been prepping for the past couple of weeks and it helps plenty. Knowing that I already have my meals planned out helps me avoid eating random, bad foods. When the athletes you look up to now are much, much younger than you. When you grunt when you make just about any movement (Bending over to pick something up, getting off the couch, etc.) When you find just about any new music annoying, and not as good as "the old days." When you no longer get carded at bars :-(
