So I keep seeing in the forums that there is plenty of flirting going on around here, but I never see it actually happen. Now, in real life, I really can't tell when a woman is flirting with me. Is it the same thing on here? Or is no one flirting with me? :sad:

Hi there. I love to use almond milk with cereal and protein shakes. It is a great alternative for that. When I use it with coffee though, it doesn't have the same taste. It's a healthier alternative, but you just have to get used to it.

I just want to see if anyone is up for some ranting today. I hate it when people are jay walking and decide to take their time to cross the street knowing damn well that you are being nice by not running them over.

You have the right idea. That's exactly what has worked for me so far. I try not to cut out many foods from my diet. As long as I stay under my calorie goal, that's all that matters. I'll continue to start replacing some of the bad foods with healthier alternatives, but I'll adjust when my body adjusts. Good luck!

If you go to your diary and click "add," you will see the cardiovascular option. You can search for your exercise on there. Once you have found it, type in the amount of minutes you worked out for, and how many calories you burned.

I mix both into my workouts. I love playing basketball, but if that is all I do, I will not reach my goals. I have learned to love going to the gym, lifting weights, running on the treadmill and all that good stuff. What did it for me was a good playlist on my ipod. Once I got that going, the rest is a piece of cake.

Wow, that is amazing! I don't think I can even imagine doing that. It sounds like a great challenge for next year though. I have 17 days to get into better running shape so I can start off strong. Congrats on meeting your goal!
