This is great! I have very similar goals. I want to complete a 5k and a 10k mud run next year. The year after that, I want to run the LA Marathon. I know we can achieve these goals!

Store bought gelatin in half cups. Only 5 calories I like dill pickles. Some are 5 calories, some none. Almonds are great. Granola bars are only about 100 calories I believe. Turkey jerky.

Do you have a gym membership? Some gyms have cardio machines for upper body workouts. In my local gym, it's a machine designed for disabled people, but anyone can use them.
