I'm new to the group, but I've lurked around the old thread more than a few times. Anyway I'm younger than most it seems so far (only twenty-two), and trying to find a support system since the one I have offline seems to fall apart on a regular basis. As for my goals this week, I want to be more active while meeting my…

I know how you feel. I'm trying not to let it get me too bummed that I didn't work on these challenges at all this past week. Finishing a week earlier isn't going to change much, when you think about it. Just means you finish on the 9/08 instead of the 15th.

Initial Test results: Squats = 15 Sit Ups=14 (I remember when I used to be able to do 84 of these man I'm out of shape) Push ups= 4 (just for the heck of it) Dips...I'll come back with those. The only stable surface I have is outside and it's late so I have to wait until tomorrow.

I'm in, looks like a great way to get in some exercise in that I wouldn't normally. Can't wait to get started.

Being in pretty much the same boat, I started a month ago with just tracking everything I ate, while trying to stay within my daily calorie goal. And I wear a pedometer religiously since it seems if I have it clipped to my pants I'm more likely to get up and move around more often. I try to shoot for 5000 steps a day which…

It's like they didn't even read the text. So annoying.

I do the same thing mostly. It's the curiosity. I like seeing if I need to tweak previous days habits to make my week work for me.
