I bet he's going to be super proud of you, that sounds like a fun trip. If anything pack some nuts since they are full of protein and will also help you feel full longer.

Bananas are quick and healthy, only have about 60-70 calories in them and are high in potassium which is good for muscle cramps and things.

I like those flavored popscicles that are only about 30-50 calories a piece, they make jelly belly ones and soda pop ones.

Wel it is better than soda because it doesn't have coloring or anything like that I like those kind too but I believe it does have artificial sweetner. If you don't like water and are trying to get yourself off soda (my hardest weakness as well) I suggest buying something that has some sort of nutritional value to it like…
