I'm pretty much stuck living at my parent's house until I graduate (I don't want a pile of loans for living expenses after all) so I have to deal with this as well. My mother is probably the biggest problem. She is always sending me out to buy her candy or wine or some other junk food. Irony: her doctor told her she has to…

Someone who doesn't stop talking. It wears me out to listen to a constant monologue

Well, I'm sure the OP has decided whether to eat or not already. But as a future reference, if you ever need some extra calories one day there are options you can make that aren't junk food. A banana, a tall glass of milk, a handful of nuts left in the pantry, ect. are filled with calories but are also healthy. I once was…

Mine won't go even though I want a smaller cup size so I can wear button up shirts and such. I've lost inches in the bust but I think it's all from my back because they haven't gotten any smaller :( I would gladly give you mine if I could.

When there is no way for me to count calories, like family events, holidays and such, they are my cheat days. It's just better to go that way than to stress over estimating things that are impossible to count. Otherwise, I don't plan them. I just live life :)

I'm actually 2 pounds away from one of my first goals which was to be 165 by the time school starts ^^ I'm giving myself until the end of the school year to reach my ultimate goal of being 130, which should be more than enough time giving room for future plateaus and holidays.

I think I'll try it out. I've tried about everything and nothing ever works so I'll see how this turns out. Thanks a lot.

More options to customize the ticker. I wish I could have my photo on a black background instead of white.

I believe the fruits started it. You don't see them having discriminatory shortened versions of their names. It all makes sense now...

I used to exercise 6 days a week, 3 days on my bike and 3 days working on archery. But the past few weeks the heat has been so horrible that I can't go out on my bike. And of course one of my few arrows had to lose a feather and there's really no point to shoot with only three arrows left. I wouldn't be getting any…

I got mine at walmart, though I was at my grandparents and they have a digital scale from Target that I was very jealous of. I like it especially in the morning for cereal. Instead of measuring with measuring cups I can just put the bowl on the scale and pour until it's enough. I hear it's more accurate too. It's also…

If you don't want to eat, maybe you could drink some calories? A glass of milk could help.

Just to add to what other recommend, you should also think of activities you enjoy doing. If it's fun for you then you're more likely to keep it as a permanent part of your lifestyle. For me, I love to go bicycling so I bought a bicycle and ride that (though I haven't been able to the past few weeks because of the extreme…

For me, my TOM would always come every 4 weeks. Since I've started eating healthy and getting more active, it now comes every 6 weeks. I think it's a good thing, though. My healthy lifestyle is making me less of a b**** XD

Sadly, my mother is allergic to eggs, so there's a case where they aren't healthy. But I try to have eggs once a week. I love making spinach and artichoke omelets ^^

I had never counted calories before coming here either. You would be surprised by how much you learn from it. Good luck and enjoy the ride.

No more juice concentrate and strawberry milk mix. I think one of my biggest problems was that I was drinking so many calories. Now it's iced water and almond milk :)

Mine is currently 1240, and even then there are days when I have to add a snack in to get it up high enough. I have never had a problem with feeling hungry. If I feel hungry and it's not mealtime, I drink water and it goes away. But when school starts, I may change my settings to make it higher. I just wonder how I'm going…

I think in whatever language I'm using at the time, but I'm also very visual so sometimes I'm not really even thinking in a language either if that makes sense.

@ banstett - Nope, it's a beautiful picture. If anything maybe brighten it up a little in a photo editing program. I kind of want to change my avi myself. I don't really feel comfortable having my face on the internet >.< Edit: littledumplin - It's funny when I look at the larger size of it. Unfortunately, you can't read…

Do something exciting!: skydiving, scubadiving, zip lining, ect. Whatever is in your area.

I want to be able to order more clothes from Asian fashion stores. They have the cutest clothes but most brands are one size.

Umm, you're looking at the minimum. It would actually be unhealthy for someone your height to be 107. The range for normal weight is 108-145. You wouldn't want to get very close to the 108 because then you would be borderline underweight. Sure BMI doesn't account for different bodytypes; it's all averages, but I think it's…

As cool as some of the weapons in video games can be, I find the one using it can make even most ordinary weapons awesome. AC3's Connor can be pretty creative with a hatchet ;)

I lost my fiancee before we could get married. Then my sister had a child out of wedlock. I had to take a year off of school to take care of her son so that she wouldn't lose her job. The weight just came from me not caring about myself. Now I have learned new reasons to like myself and I'm going to add being in shape as…

I... want to be able to wear cute costumes :blushing: I've always wanted to try lolita fashion or cosplay but never had the confidence to do it. I guess it's my dorky side wanting to indulge in a guilty pleasure

Thanks foe posting this. I have yet to hit a plateau, but with the weight seemingly falling off me I know I will be pushing luck eventually  I have this article bookmarked for future reference. Good luck breaking your plateau!
