In general, I love any Japanese food ^^ I'll have to look for these noodles. I don't think any of my recipe books from the Japanese supermarket uses shirtaki, but I'll try searching for recipes in Japanese to see what comes up. Thanks for the post.

I've been on here for a month now. I have 52lb to go before I reach my goal, but I may try to lose more than that to get into a size 6 pants. I only have two friends right now that makes my main page a little depressing. I could use more people as a support group ^^

You might want to try out buying your own ice cream maker and make frozen yogurt/sherbert yourself. There are plenty of low calorie recipes if you look around, and this gives you more control over what you want in it.
