Even though it is hard, don't think about the whole 100 lbs. It will be great when I get to 100 lbs lost, but I am taking it in chunks of 20. about 3 times a week. I make a fresh dinner for Sunday. Monday morning I put in a slow cook meal. We will usually have that a couple time a week. Make something for a change on Wednesday.

I got through a Circuit Training exercise today (with modifications) that I could even do 10 minutes a month ago.
