I take Natures Bounty Fish, Flax & Borage. It doesn't upset my stomach and it doesn't taste fishy. It is also an Omega 3-6-9 blend. It's reasonably priced and y:wink: ou can buy them at Kroger or CVS cheap when they have the buy 1 get 1 free sales periodically.

I use them to make cannoli shells! Yes...my mother would turn over in her grave to know I didn't use her recipe, but the wanton wrappers come out nice and thin, crispy and alot less calories than a real cannoli shell.

It's really just another day whether you have someone special or not. If you are with your someone special, you should love each other every day, and show your love for each other every day, not just one day a year. Don't sweat it. It's also a very fattening day...so we're better off without it. :drinker:

I'm thinking that's what's happening when you weigh again after working out. Simply, DON'T. The scale is really not your friend. Mine has caused me to go off diets, get depressed, etc. when it doesn't budge, but this time, I know I am losing something so I'm just not going to get on the scale unless I absolutely have to…

Ditto. This happens to me. I read on one of the forums that you shouldn't work out hard the day before weigh in because your muscles retain water and blood because they're healing themselves and recovering from the workout, therefore you will weigh more. And don't forget muscle weighs more than fat.

Last Friday, Dr. Oz' show was all about this cheat day...or Faturday. He said you should at least have 5 diet days in between cheat days so I guess that's several a month. He said that people who include a cheat day every so often, lose more weight than people who don't. I'll bet you can go look at his website for more…

I'm always in a hurry going someplace and literally don't have time to eat, so lots of times I grab one for a meal on the go....but they're especially good before or after a workout.

Oh, I love vinegar! Like you, I have balsamic, red wine vinegar, pomegranate infused red wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, rice vinegar, and white vinegar. I love to just drink it like a shot with a bit of salt (kinda like doing a shot of tequila - lol). I love pickle juice :happy: too!

You can buy frozen blueberries. Walmart and Kroger has big bags of them. Makes it easy to pop into a smoothie, or whatever.

I've been wondering the same thing. The most I've been able to burn in an hour doing anything is about 350. I have 40-50 lbs to lose and am putting everything I have into my workouts. I guess though, it's really not necessary to burn that many calories because then you have to eat to make up those calories. idk either....
