Lifelong vegetarian. Eggs, cheese and chocolate hang me up every time. Sometimes I can go for weeks vegan but then the need for cheese kicks in... Feel free to add me. There is strength in numbers. :-)

Motivation comes from within... It's a combination of inspiration and willpower... Believe, set goals and you can do it!

Do it. I've had tremendous success with it (30 pound loss). I did it for way more than 30 days but if you pace yourself and do it, whether you feel like it or not, you will see results!

My favorite cheese substitute is Daiya. It's expensive, at 5 bucks a bag where I live, but it's worth it. It melts and has no cholesterol. I'm not sure if it's non-gmo. I had yolk-free eggs this morning for breakfast. I love them. With the aforementioned cheese. ????

There's some good stuff here. Spaghetti squash is the bomb. So is steamed cauliflower or broccoli with some Daiya cheese. The junk is gonna get you every time. Ditch it and you'll feel better.
