I get up at 5 and I drink water before and during exercise. I've felt nauseous before. It usually hits me just after the workout, though. It's generally mild and I never get sick. The felling never lasts forbmore than a few minutes. I don't know why this happens.

Ladies, add me! I'm 5 foot and around 135. I was at 101 a couple of years ago, with the help of Jillian's 30 day shred and a major focus on calories. Age makes it more difficult to lose but I'm going to do it. I am back with Jillian again - on day 9. Anyway, I'd love to give/get support.

I have a gym membership and hate it. I go sometimes but I'd rather work out at home. There are many home DVDs that are just as good and I like doing them in the privacy of my own room. Don't need a gym, in my opinion... Just a few feet of space and some determination. Easier said than typed, I know. :-/

I love this routine. I did it about 2 years ago with fantastic results -a weight loss of about 35 pounds. I'm back again, ready to give it alive got. I'm on day 8, Level 1.

One of my favorite quotes come from Jillian (I think) and it goes like this: You don't get what you want; you get what you focus on. This helped me realize how many of our choices are minute by minute, like others have already mentioned. You can do it. I can do it.

Lots of fresh fruit & veggies. It means going shopping more often but that's okay. I like hummus for a snack. Lots of nuts, too!

Wow. I had terrific results with P90X.

I haven't given it up but I must be so careful with the calorie count. I like wine, so it adds up fast. That terrible cycle of drinking/snacking is bad news for me.
