I tried this for today. Of course I had to put my own spin on it. It cooked overnight in my crock pot and I brought it into the office this morning for lunch. The crock pot is just about empty now. My employees LOVED it.

Don't be afraid, dear. If you've been eating and exercising properly, you should not have gained weight....unless it's muscle. But, if you have, it's good to know now, so you know what you're dealing with and that you need to make changes somewhere in your routine. Go for it!

I tried Zumba for the very first time on yesterday. I borrowed the dvds from a friend so I could try before buying. I only tried the Basics video that teaches all of the various steps. I don't care what MFP says about fiber. LOL! I know my body requires plenty. I don't count it, I just eat lots of high fiber foods to make sure I get enough.

When i'm in my healthy eating mode, I go at least twice a day, which has NEVER been normal for me. I used to only go twice a week! I now eat plenty of salads, turnip greens, collard greens, spinach, apples, and grapes. Just be sure to get plenty of fruits and vegetables. :o)

My problem, on the weekends, is that I want to sleep all day OR I get really involved in some activity outside the house and don't eat at all. It's usually when I'm feeling tired and lethargic that I realize I havent eaten and by then I'm ready to eat almost anything just to feel better. Right now, it's 744am and I do NOT…

IMO it's not beneficial to save calories. You should probably workout a little harder over the next few days to make up for the extra calories and fat. Also, drink plenty of water.

I haven't tried Zumba, but I plan to because I've heard good things about it. I didn't really care for hip hop abs. I just couldn't get into it like I thought I would. Someone gave it to me, and now I've given it to someone else.
