You can create your own recipes and get the accurate nutrition facts from there. Just go to the "Food" tab and then click on "Recipes" and then hit the "enter new recipe" button. How's it going every one? I just repeated my 3rd day of level 1 and am ready to move back up to level 2. I'll be starting day 1 of that tomorrow and am so excited to finish. I've promised myself a new pair of TOM's as a reward. Yay!

Yes, I do that. I have my macros set to: 40% Carbs 30% Protein 30% Fat Still never quite get enough protein and always get too much fat. I'm accepting it's a process and have to make more changes.
