Try not to think of it as staying on track for 2 and a half years, but changing your lifestyle for good. Having a healthy weight is a forever goal, not just a small fraction of your life. You can do it!

So awesome. This had to have taken an amazing amount of work and self discipline. Well done! You are a VERY pretty lady.

Whew. It wasn't as bad as I thought. I did a lot of modifying to make sure I'd get through the whole workout, but wasn't as wiped out at the end as I thought I'd be. Tomorrow, I'll try to do as much as I can with no modifications. Wish me luck! You all are doing AWESOME

I'm in too. I tried it the last time I finished the Shred, and it was just too hard and I quit after 2 weeks. The Shred is going much better for me this time, with finishing each level doing the advanced moves. I was lucky to do any the first time through. I think I'm ready!

Done! Had to take my rest day yesterday so I'm behind, but not worried about it. Just gotta keep pushing. I have a Nordstrom note burning a hole in my wallet, but I'm waiting to finish the shred before I use it. I can't wait to buy something new! Maybe even in a smaller size...

Got it done. Slowly switching to the advanced moves and MAN was the sweat pouring off this morning. I had to go for a walk in the rain after to cool down.
-
I'm so glad you're back! A couple rest days are good for you, anyway.
-
That was a great workout! Modifying nearly everything, but hope to be doing advanced moves by the end.

Me too! Not that I was out, but my cold kicked my butt. Nice job everyone!

Day 11 done and it was pretty brutal. I don't think I had enough energy this morning. I had some cucumber the other night that gave me some serious heartburn so I finished the day not eating enough calories. The heartburn triggered a gall bladder attack. I don't know if anyone else here has had those, but the pain is…

I'd have to work pretty hard to fit another workout into my day. I was so sure that when my daughter started pre-school I'd have oodles and oodles of time. I mean it's an additional 12 hours a week! Just doesn't work that way. Things have really picked up for me at my job, and we're remodeling our kitchen, and the yard is…

We did it, we did it, we did it! Way to go everyone. I don't know about you guys, but I have a little one pack going on at my rib cage. I'm very happy so far.

I'll see your Frank's and raise you a Melinda's!

Where to begin? PB & J on Kalamata Olive Bread Horseradish Cream on Potato Chips Cottage Cheese on French Toast Pinto beans straight from the can I could go on and on and on.

Jamie Fraser from the Outlander series.

Kaylee

Yep. I have no doubt you will conquer the malaise and be back on track tonight.
-
Done. No rests today and the only mod I did was for push-ups. They be killers! My body is seriously feeling different in a very good way. Thanks for keeping me on track ladies, and well done!
-
Did it! I'm a little bored too, but also still modifying the push ups and I have to take rests in a couple spots. I hope to really push it the next couple days to go no modification/rests. Wish me luck!!!
-
Yeah. I take it as 30 WORKOUT days, not 30 days including rests.

My old friend gets 3 walks a day. They're pretty short though, because his joints just can't handle long walks. His back legs start to drag and he trips. (And yes, he's on medication to help with pain and mobility.) It's always surprising to me when his legs start to tire out because he has no trouble pacing around the…

Today was my planned rest day. It was nice and I think my muscles really needed the recovery day. I'm excited to see how much my endurance is improved tomorrow.
-
Incredible! Oh man, I hope I some good results like that on Monday!
-
No problem! Saturday is my husband's day to sleep in and Sunday is mine. Shred Saturday, rest Sunday.
-
I'm going to stick with my Monday weigh ins. I feel like I'm making progress and am too anxious to weight...

Day 5 went pretty well, but my arms were pretty tired. My 3 year old daughter joined me a couple of times using sidewalk chalk as weights. She was rapidly lifting her "weights" and looked up at me to say, "Are we sweaty yet, Mama? Are we sweaty?" It was pretty darn adorable and yes, I was sweaty!

Seriously!!!
