Day 4 done this morning. I started Day 1 doing all the moves modified and am slowly switching them up to advanced. I even am almost doing the lateral raises without rests. Yay! Day 2 complete! I feel great and have increased energy already. I like Jillian for the most part. Oooooo, I want some ideas too! Currently I'm on day 14 of Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shred. I was in ok physical condition prior to starting and am doing all right so maybe it'll work for you. I'm amazed and how my endurance has improved in such a short amount of time.

This totally works for me too. Not only are your hands busy while you're painting, but it takes forever for them to dry and by then the mental/emotional crisis has passed.
