it really just depends on you...i weigh in once a week because it keeps me motivated and tells me what needs to be adjusted or what workouts helped for the week! :)

maybe your calculations are wrong? for instance if your starting weight was 200.7 and now you're 195.1 that "point-whatever" will make a difference

Yes, but I try to make better choices (more veggies, whole wheat, etc) ..it's worked for me so far....but we'll see how long it lasts.

Bring a water bottle with you everywhere :) I love water so that's so easy for me...but bringing a water bottle with you everywhere reminds you to keep yourself hydrated

Weight lifting is definetly not a waste of time! First off it's FUN!!!!!! :) lol and second, you're building muscle which means you burn more calories while sitting around doing nothing. You may not see the results now, but you'll love that you did it once you get rid of the fat :)

I don't really like the treadmill but when I get on I like to make it fun..so.. I usually will workout at a speed of about 3.5 of more and do about 1-2 minutes on each incline level until I reach 10.

I love body central! I went there and got some shirts and dresses in a large I was shocked, because the look like their clothes run small! But anyways I love body central, dots, charlotte russe, forever 21 has cute accessories, rue 21......that's all I can think of right now :)

If it's in the morning I try not...I ate least have a piece of fruit or a bowl of dry cereal... If it's in the afternoon/evening I'll workout on an empty stomach cause it's not really all that empty lol
