I moved my work outs to 5:15 am as well. My boyfriend and my 2 year are still in the bed, so I still have to get him ready and out the door as well as myself ready for work all before 8am. I recently moved my work outs to 5am. This enables me to work out while he's still asleep, come back get ready for work (fulltime) and then when I come home i have more time for him and can make dinner and what not..I have way more energy this way too, plus its out of the way and I know i wont make an excuse!

I started the 30 day shred yesterday, and was just wandering what would be best to log it under on here? Also, im used to working out for an hr on the treadmill, i feel kinda guilty as to im not doing enough when i do just 20 minutes...help! :)
