^yup. Only on the ingredient list it's Chicory Root, which can act as a mild laxative, lol, which helps with the fartability! I count fiber along with calories, and try to eat around 30ish grams a day, but in the beginning it was not pleasant :/ I do love the fiber one bars and brownies, though :smile:

A few years ago my sisters tried to get me a kindle, and I absolutely refused! I LOVE real books, thought an ereader of any kind was blasphemy, lol. But they got me one this last Christmas, and I gotta say, greatest thing ever. My favorite part- I have 300 books on it, and I've only paid for 2 of them. Definitely worth it…

I noticed about 25lbs in when I could see my dimples in pictures again, lol! And my eyes didn't look so squinty. I'm at 44lbs down now, and can wear smaller clothes, which is awesome, but I do still have about another 65 to go :/

I've made thai peanut sauce- super low cal and not bad!, take air popped corn with a little spray butter and dip it in a serving of pb2, smoothies, sandwiches, and my absolute FAVE recipe for it is to put it in oatmeal with a little bit of sf maple syrup- tastes like a hot no bake cookie. mmm. :smile:

I do! I don't drink them constantly, because I am aware there are artificial sugars and whatnot in it, but I gave up pop almost 9 years ago, and every now and then a key lime water tastes just like sprite to me :smile:
