This has been one of my questions, especially since I got my fit bit. Fascinating. I never really knew the history of sugar. I have been reading more and more the bad effects sugar has on our bodies including feeding cancer cells. (Wish I could remember where I rad that article so I could post the link) Thank you for sharing.

HI! I just really got started this week too. I have used the site in the past, but not like it is intended to be used. I will be 45 on Friday and I am tired of my clothes not fitting, not being able to pull myself up onto my horse and I'm tired of just feeling ick. I need to lose 20 to 30.
