Whenever I'm tired, being low in B12 or iron usually the culprit.

Protein smoothie (either strawberry/banana or chocolate/banana), oatmeal with protein powder, or if I'm in a super rush and absolutely can't put anything together for myself I'll grab a Bolthouse or Muscle Milk or something at the gas station. I'm rubbish without protein when I wake up.

Today was my first cheat day, it's been about a month since I've committed to better living. I wasn't too terribly naughty, I'm just going to continue tomorrow as usual. I figure one day a month won't kill me.

I really like sweet salads. Chicken, apple chunks, cranberries, raisins, walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds. Augh, so good. I got the idea from Jason's Deli (the Nutty salad) and just started making it on my own. I don't use a dressing, but I'm sure that cranberry dressing I typically see on the grocery store shelf would be…

Augh, I wish. That would be awesome, but I'm on the crappiest laptop ever. D':

...that's clever as hell. D:

In my personal experience... Processed foods makes me more hungry more frequently. Organic foods makes me less hungry less frequently.

It's worth it to me, especially once I started noticing the water weight coming off.

I've /always/ wanted a boob job. I grew up reading comic books, and although their women are /obviously/ not "natural", it's so damn aesthetically pleasing to me. I already have big eyes and ridiculous hair, I need my matching boobs someday too! I've watched Shaaanxo's Boob Job Vlogs on YouTube…

I used to drink 3-6 beers (casually) a night for almost a year. I started quitting January 16th, I weened myself off in about five days. My anxiety shot up like no one's business and my stress levels have definitely risen. But my bloating has gone down, so I'm sticking to it. All in the name of progress! I've thought about…

Cocoa butter, jojoba oil, bio oil, etc. are great for helping with returning elasticity to the skin! I've been using cocoa butter on my "pooch" and it totally helps with that weird skin layer that sits there, I saw results with daily use in less than a week. And it smells amazing. Not to mention, it SLAYS stretch marks.…

Haha, heck yeah. That game rocked, I had it on the PS2 and pretty much every edition that came out for it. I remember friends teasing me for it back in school but I had a great butt so the joke's on them. *snaps fingers*

I just Googled the calories burned by girls that are around my height/weight. Of course they all vary, so I just averaged them together. I'm 24, 5'4'', 120lbs (I guess, I haven't weighed myself in years...?) and I log my 30DS sessions in as "circuit training, 20 mins, 151 calories". *slow shrug*

I just heard about this app recently, I really want to try it out. I've heard a lot of great things. Occasional hiccups and glitches, but I'll always expect that from any electronics. Seems like trying to synch up with someone /would/ be frustrating though. Glad I'm a bit of a loner when it comes to this sort of thing. :'D

Bananas. Yogurt. Oatmeal. Can't decide just one. D:

I'll be sure to look into that! My parents only really got the standard white bread while I was growing up, so admittedly I'm not too familiar with new brands. I'll definitely check this out, thanks!

"Best" as in most appropriate, which fits the criteria. I know there's not a "magic bread" that tastes like rays of sunshine, makes me lose weight and is nutritionally mind-blowing as well. "Best" as, in your opinion, a low calorie and tasty bread that isn't nutritional suicide.

Wow, thanks. That's totally the point of this thread. Right on.

Whole grain pitas sound pretty clever. I do like me a good thin crust. :D

Popular opinion says the "don't eat x amount of hours before bed" theory is a myth. Some foods make you gassy and more bloated (which would show in the morning) but as long as you're within your calorie deficit before you sleep a good eight hours, you should be fine. Or so "they" say.

I've always wondered as well. I've never really been much of a dancer, but it looks like fun. I've heard that's it's a rip-off, though... too expensive for the faulty claims and all that. I don't know for sure, though.

That cauliflower crust looks amazing! I've never heard of anything like that!

Chick Fil A is my weakness.

I feel the same way. I have the same 1200c goal but I hear all the time that this is a recipe for "starvation mode" and it will slow my metabolism. I have it set up where I eat every few hours, I meet my 1200c goal and I even work out 30 minutes every day... I feel fine, it's not too far from my normal diet (1500c before I…
