sooooooo worth it! when you get close to goal and get discouraged you will be thanking yourself for the befores! it keeps me motivated to keep going, and for that matter, to never ever want to go back there! i keep one on my fridge so I dont overdo it food wise. works wonders for me!

i have read that tai chi actually helps to facilitate in pain control. idk if that is true or not. never tried it. you would have to do that for yourself, sorry lol:laugh:

I wanted to mention eggs also. super cheap and if you put them in a casserole with some hash browns goes a long way. lots of sites on the web about eating cheaper also

a little bit of tweaking is necessary. does he not have any issues with his weight? if not, then find out what foods he likes that you dont for snacks that you might keep around but you wont eat. thats what i do. the kids can have ice cream, not a problem for me, but chocolate would be. i cant make brownies cuz i would eat…

when i did mine, i did eat more before, but i just ate whatever i wanted after and didnt worry about "net" eat til your satisfied. one day wont put you in "starvation mode. and why are you getting on the scale? its just the weight of the food you ate.

actually, the bmi chart is not the best way to gauge your health. my trainer is in the obese range on it and he does not have an ounce of fat on him. better to go by fat percentage. the more muscle you have the more you can look thin but be "heavier" on the scale. not one of my friends can believe I weigh 160 pounds, they…
