My goals: Log into MFP everyday- it's been a great motivator! Log all of my activities- its amazing to see how many calories you can burn by cleaning/cooking ect. And to lose a few inches in waist- 2 months until my wedding!

Yesterday I surprised myself with how much I did. I did 50 crunches, 50 calf raises a 30 minute walk, burned calories cleaning the house and washing my truck!
