So last minute veggie change I did not eat spinach or broccoli for dinner. However, I had avocado and lettuce on my sandwich at lunch, and had zucchini for dinner... :)

Ugh I have this problem too... My hubby weighed himself everyday last week and lost like 5-6 lbs and I lost 1.5 urg!

I am currently taking pure raspberry ketones and an African mango supplement. Both have energy and has really worked for me I quit drinking monster energy drinks about 2 weeks ago and sodas a week ago. I just find it difficult to swallow as they are gel caps.

Personally I don't see a problem with it, I hate doing laundry and cannot justify washing clothes for two people more than once a week. Plus it saves water and in this economy saving on any bills is a good idea!
