For a starter, I'd steer clear of beer (whew, I'm a poet!). Yes! I used to have cold hands and feet all the time -- probably because my blood sugar was so low! But now I'm definitely more of a hot-natured person. I haven't used the sweater I keep in the office in a while and I don't need the comforter on my bed at night lately! It's not just you :smile:

Thanks for all the support, everyone! I'll keep going back and re-reading the stickies and your notes to keep myself motivated.. today is day 1 for me eating 1800 calories (ahh!). I'll probably post updates as soon as there are some!
