I'm 5'8" with a bigger frame. Here is my before and kinda current picture. My goal weight is 165, I am currently at 203. We will see how I feel at 165 and go from there.

That's awesome! What is funny is that i did the same thing this morning! I was getting ready for work and put on a pair of pants that were previously snug and not are loose!! I haven't lost that much weight so far but every little bit helps and I feel great! So congratulations to you, that is a great feeling!

Actually they did a study at UCLA on rats that said high fructose corn syrup is associated with the slowing of synapsis' firing in the brain. Which in turn is making you stupid. So... Bad processed food makes you dumb.

I don't see how that would be to annoying... I work in radio and people are always loud and yelling... DJ's with big ego's can be annoying. lol
