  • That's fantastic! I'm doing C25K as well, and next week I start week 4! (That didn't stop me from signing up for a 5k on Sunday, but I signed up to walk. I'll walk and jog, I think!) I'm a later in life mom as well--I'm 49, have a 12 year old and a 6 year old! We can do this! :drinker:

  • Congratulations! I am a week behind you, and am looking forward to that particular day with a mild case of panic alternating with an "Of course I will be able to do it!" attitude. Awesome job, makes me think maybe I'll survive it, too! :-D

  • What Doesn't Kill You Makes You Stronger, Kelly Clarkson. My daughter introduced me to this one, and now when I run and it comes on, it makes me feel like I can keep on running right through my c25k workout! Of course, I'm just finished week 1, but still...:bigsmile:

  • I have a cruiser as well. No gears, which I could never figure out which one I was supposed to be in anyway. I love this bike. My brother got it for me as a gift, plus one for himself as well.
