My husband and I quit two weeks ago, but still crave it like crazy. We've started chewing gum and walking to help with the agitated feelings (when the cravings hit). But, I'll just be glad when I can run without wheezing and coughing! If it makes me live longer, I don't care if I gain a few pounds in the short term.

When daughter was about 6 months old (and I was still carrying a lot of weight around my mid-section), I had a lady walk up to me at the grocery store and ask when I was due. I'm 27 with 2 small kids. I still have about 25 lbs to go. I went off track during the holidays, but trying to get back on the straight and narrow. Just quit smoking (yay me!) and trying to start running. Feel free to add me, I could use some support and motivation

I'm 5'1" and currently at 149, my goal is to be around 120-125 by the end of the summer. I've been slowing adding weight over the last few years, and I would like to get back to pre-baby weight for good! I'd really appreciate some before and after success photos for short ladies! Trying to stay motivated...

I just started last Thursday too. The stretching in Cardio Recovery really helped me with soreness from the day before.
