  • A 6 inch subway club with "the work" (onions, black olives, green peppers, lettuce, tomato and cucumbers) on whole wheat with cheddar cheese and light mayo is about 460 calories. Hits the subway craving without going overboard. Trust me, I work nextdoor to one :wink:
