  • I did WW. Loved it, but it just got to be too expensive. I keep what I learned in my head though. I do buy some WW stuff. Especially for my chocolate fix, their chocolate bar with a little icing goes a long way for that craving. I lost 30 lbs when I did it.

  • I bought a bag of the tostitos lime flavored tortilla chips. I haven't eaten the whole bag, try to limit it to the 6 chips, but I could eat the whole thing. (I did the other day have about 15 at one time.) 1 Serving is 150 calories. I don't even dip them in anything. They are too good by themselves.

  • I really like the 100 calorie snacks that are out there. Don't eat them all the time, but it gives me the salt craving or sugar craving that I may be having.
