BAHAHAHA well then I'm SCREWED because I work graveyards so I'm not even awake until after 7pm and don't eat my first meal of the day until 9pm.

I don't bother weighing myself then because I know I can retain up to 10 lb in water weight. Why stress myself out with numbers like that? *shrug*. Good news though. Most women's metabolism actually goes UP at that time, itsone of the reasons why we feel extra hungry. So if you don't give in to the cravings to overeat and…

Oooo thanks!

I'm in the 100 club, added you!

Personally I HATE riding a bike outside. I liked it as a teenager but won't touch it now. On the other hand I LOVE using the recumbent bike at the gym. I throw on some up beat music and can switch up the resistance throughout the workout and it just feels great to me. ^As for burpees. Ugh. I did so many at military camp…

To your first comment, it's quite easy actually depending on how you tackle working within your deficit. For example: If you gained weight by eating very calorie dense foods, it doesn't take a large "volume" of food for the calories to add up. Think about how many calories are in a few handfuls of almonds. Now if you like…

Lol I looove eggs. But I've actually come to really love liquid egg whites. On the other hand, to me 1% milk is a fundamental crime against nature it's so thin and watery. My husband bought some the other week because I was making mashed potatoes and I was SOO mad. The potatoes weren't nearly as rich and creamy as my…

Liiiiift! Lift heavy! Lift now!

No problem. Just log accurately, accuracy is KEY, and you should see a positive change.
-
Are you actually counting your calories and logging what you eat? Because if not then you could be spinning your wheels for a while, unknowingly eating more calories than you're burning. Wheigh your food. Log accurately. Give it a month and THEN see what's up. You don't have to exercise to lose weight. Food for weightloss.…

^ yup. With the right foods I could easily eat 3-5k calories. I would also say that's it's not just a matter of boot cutting anything out and just fitting it into your goals. Some days you're just extra hungry. Today my diary says I'll be over 224 cals (I work graveyards and fill out my diary a day ahead so that can always…

I'm in! I'm just getting back into weight loss and lifting but I'm in it for the long haul so feel free to add me.

There are a couple of things that I buy low fat but it's for the volume/calorie pay off. I love buying 40% lower fat marble cheese because it's super yummy and I LOVE cheese. Like, I can eat a scary amount of it. So the lower calories lets me eat a larger amount of cheese, which makes me happier. The other lower fat thing…

In the app you can can look at a weekly view. You still add in your foods by the day but you can easily look at the weekly graph to see your weekly average.

Stay focused. Just stay focused and not give up. So long as I can stay motivated it's all good.

Well I went out for dinner tonight and when there is no online info I try to go with things that will be fairly simple to add. Steak and mashed potatoes for me tonight. Add steak, add potatoes maybe add a tablespoon of butter and you're pretty covered. I never eat pasta when I go out anymore, ESPECIALLY if the info isn't…

Do a happy dance. Tell my boyfriend and my bestie. Put on one of my old teeny dresses and have a solo victory dance party in the condo. Then the next day set a new goal. Whether that may be a bonus 10lb vanity push or upping the weights for body recomp,or just doing maintenance for a while who knows. I'll decide when I get…

Hmmm I don't know about "gluttony" but I could see easily going over 2k calories just by allowing yourself to have calorie dense choices. Appies, stuffing, mashed potatoes, egg nog, wine. Pie with icecream. I don't know about you but we don't just have Christmas dinner but also a brunch. Brunch = things like eggs,…
-
I don't know, I didn't actually track. I had 3 different full on Christmas dinners but skipped the 4th (HUGE family) so I pretty much just let it happen. But I actually LOST weight between Dec 21-28. So I say WHO CARES! MOAHAHA!

Eeeeeee! Don't you just LOVE it!? It's the BEST stress reliever in the world. Don't you just love how swirly stripper shoes are? They're like ice skates when you walk around the pole, just swish swish swish. Dang, now I just want to go do some pole work!
-
There are different qualities of poles. Most poles you find are the cheapy ones you get for $100 or less, that's what is in most of those tipping videos. They are "novelty" poles. You can grab them at "adult" shops. My pole is a professional quality pole and and costs about $400. Meaning = that b*tch don't tip. Lol. It is…
-
I didn't go to classes I actually got a professional quality pole (X-pole Expert) for my home so that I could learn at home. My arms were NEVER stronger than when I was doing pole work. And I've always had weak arms. And it's so much FUN! My pole isn't up in my new condo but I'm thinking of puting it up in the new year.

Jessica Rabbit all the way, 'cause I'm not bad, I'm just drawn that way.

No and yes. I love fashion so even at my top weight Im rocking super styling clothes, BUT, I miss my bikinis and my tiny dresses!!! Skin tight curve hugging stretchy dresses with 5" heels!!! That's my goal for the summer. To be back into a bikini and a killer dress. Also, I want to look AMAZING in my wedding dress…

When you work out your muscles retains water to repair themselves. So you step on the scale and see the water weight. If you don't work out for a few days after it gives your body time to heal and the water is released, then you see a scale drop.
