How frustrating! Honestly, I would tell him if he's that particular, he should do his own shopping and cook his own meals.

Tonight we had chicken sausage with onions, red pepper and swiss chard sautéed with some beer over a slice of toasted rye bread, dijon mustard on the side Don't think this counts as clean eating, but very yummy.

5'1" (on a good day) and my CW is about 110lbs and I'm hoping to get down to 100-105... but since I've decided to go No Scale, I'll keep going at it until I'm satisfied with what I see in the mirror :)

Spitting. The most crass, disgusting thing.

GUM!! A stick of gum usually does the trick for me... or a mandarin orange straight from the fridge!

I also really love fitnessblender on youtube! There all always new videos to keep you from getting bored, some long form ones that are 100+ minutes and then other that are short 10 minute ones which I usually like to do... for some reason stacking six 10 min videos is easier for me to face than staring down one hour long…

I logged it into MFP and it came out around 200c, but it was so good we would eat it without a starch. Or you could omit the chopped nuts and back off the parmesan cheese a little... the lemon juice and zest really makes the dish!

Not necessarily true, just saying.

So sorry you're feeling sick! If I were you I would put aside calorie counting just eat sensibly until you feel stronger. I'm not saying a runny nose is a free ticket to eat a chocolate cake, but you need to relax and rest and focus on getting better.

i like fitness blender on youtube, straightforward workouts and no music so you can play whatever you want in the background

Ok I feel better, my fella came home and got on the scale and it was 20lbs off for him. DON"T BUY TAYLOR SCALES!

Portion control, portion control, portion control, I couldn't believe how much I was over eating. Also allowing yourself to have the foods that you truly love. I for one loooove chocolate, so I have roughly a tablespoon of semi sweet chocolate chips after dinner every night, otherwise I would lose my mind.

Great work!

My pet peeve is that I feel like whenever I start dieting again it feels like it becomes my whole life, you know? Like all I spend all my time plotting what my next meal will be and when the next workout is... it's exhausting.
