love costco hot-dogs! Had one last night :) And usually have one when my husband and I go to costco...so maybe once a month. But it fills me up and it is all I eat for dinner for 500 calories :)

I did level 2 today cause level one had gotten easy. level 2 was NOT easy :) but hopefully it will be in a few days!

Day 3 done! I am burning less calories every time I do it boo! I had to do some extra work to get to 200 today :)

Your legs look great. Take it from a person who used to have the same issue. I played softball for 17 years and did countless squats among other things. You wil be fine! My friend moved there because her husband was in the military and they LOVED it. They both became certified divers and it is s beautiful there and there is so much to do! ENJOY IT!
