I am 5'5" and 150 and I think the is a good weight for that height. I fluctuate between 145 and 150 but I usually don't go any lower than that. I got down to 142 once and that was when I was training for a fight. I am the one with the blue hair

I have done quite a few mud runs...love them! I have also done the warriror dash. My husband and I like to dress up and come up with a team name when we do it...good times! Here are a few pics from ones we have done in the past... Team Muddstache :) Can only find one picture from after the race, but they were all fun!

Mine is the opposite. I have a polar FT40. Ran 2 miles on the treadmill the other day and my HRM said I only burned 230 calories while the treadmill said 330. Maybe it is somewhere in between?
