I like Chris1816 said, it does suppress the appetite which will result in weight loss but for me it was temporary wt. loss because off of the drug, I ate like "normal". Side effects for me were jitteryness and rapid heartbeat which just about drove me crazy! Don't recommend!

My fingers cannot touch when I am trying to go to sleep. My husband thinks it is weird that I go to sleep with "jazz hands". LOL

LIke the OP...matching bra and panties but I would also like a cute sundress. I haven't worn a dress in years...wouldn't want anyone to see these big legs!! Something to look forward to!

We are new to riding and my husband is have some issues with his "man parts" getting ?numb? while riding(I cannot relate, LOL). Any suggestions on resolving this issue? We bought hybrid bikes and have tried a couple of different seats but none have helped.

Diet Coke...particularly one from a fountain, McDonalds, gas station, doesn't matter. I will go out of my way to get one! I have issues people!

I love peanut butter too! Check out PB2...powdered peanut butter that you mix with water. 1T has 45 cal and 1.5g of fat. A good alternative I think. Can't think of the website off hand but I am sure if you google it you will easily find it.

Mixed bag of lunches here, some healthy, some not so much. The one that gets me the most it the one who brings decent quality foods but a ton of it. She will sit and eat for her entire lunch HOUR...60minutes of eating! Just when I think she has finished, she is pulling something else out of the bottomless bag! Crazy!!

Never used peanut flour but I LOVE PB2, especially the chocolate flavor. I use it on toast, celery, and apples. I mix 2T PB2 with 1T water and it comes out just like peanut butter, just not quite as sweet. I think it is more like the "natural" peanut butters but with a smoother texture. I hope you like it as much as I do!

I concur....lots of energy and so forth but like someone else mentioned, I would rather eat my calories than drink them!

I do look at diaries but only for meal/food ideas for myself. Have actually picked up a few good low cal food ideas that I would not have thought of on my own.

Off the topic of OP but hoping someone can answer this....will the Fitbit recognize activity while biking? Not sure since it isn't steps. Loving biking but hate walking so not sure if the Fitbit would be of benefit for me.

I was just thinking that...having already spent my alotted calories for the day, I could totally hit the fridge! Better hit the sack instead!
