TRX is always one of my favorite strength training workouts! The toughest ones for me are when I'm eating lunch with my co-workers and everyone decides to order something that I absolutely can't resist. Not to mention the weekly box of donuts that tends to show up in our lounge! If I'm stressed, sad, or even bored...I have so much trouble resisting it!

Usually the scale, because it takes way too long for me to start to see changes in the mirror. But the fit of clothes is also very encouraging for me!

I usually do a bit of both, but when I'm feeling pretty motivated I like to pre-log to keep myself ln track and avoid getting distracted! :)

I lost around 8 lbs in one week on my first weigh in two years ago. This time around, I lost 4 lbs in my first weigh in. I wouldn't stress out too much about it though, sometimes it takes longer than that for your metabolism to adjust to your new lifestyle! Good Luck! :)
