Go to the website weighttraining.com, they have some really good workout plans! You can create a profile if you want, and they give you a workout plan to stick to. Most of them are free! I'm 5'6 and my goal is 150, its just under the "appropriate" weight, which is 154. I carry my weight pretty well, so I think that would be a good weight for me.

This is a great question! I always wonder if I'm eating the right things. What I do know is if you are going to do really strenuous workouts you need good protein before you start to keep you enegized. If your doing something less hard you could probably just go for something like a protein shake. I think this pretty much…

I've never tried that one, but I do have the Last chace workout one, which is pretty nice, I also have one of the wii games- The Biggest loser challenge- which has some nice workouts on it. But beware, it does not register sometimes when you move and that can get a little frustrating.

I always go by the who asked who rule. Even for a first date. If the girl asked you, then she should expect to pay. But you should ALWAYS offer. If you asked though, you definitely pay. Even if she offers. :)
