My updated why? I am so close to my goal...just 5lbs to the upper end of my healthy weight and just 15 to my final goal. I have made it this far. Cannot give up now. I am with you...bring on Spring! I am itching to get off the treadmill and back outdoors. Hopefully this weekend it will be warm enough for me to run outdoors.

To celebrate a good 2014 our CEO grilled Rib eye steaks today...in sub-zero temps. Each one was probably 16oz. I only ate maybe 3 oz of mine and took the rest home. Also skipped the baked potato w/butter and sour cream. Had a nice big salad instead.

I am 5' .5". At my heaviest I was 199lbs and wore size 16. I am now down to 133 and wear size 10 jeans but in dress clothes I am a size 8. For clothing sized S, M, L, I am now easily a medium. I am looking to get down to 120 so I am thinking I will end up in a size 8 in jeans.
