It's 2 years old from when I started. I've thought about updating it but I like having easy reminder there of what I'm trying not to be.

I don't like brown rice either but I'm going to give it one more shot this week (mostly to use up the bag I bought). I have used quinoa as a white rice alternative though and am enjoying that. Just have to finish my brown rice supply to justify getting more quinoa.
