I love love love PBJs, but yeah I hate all the calories. What I do is make my own sugar free jam. If you'd like I can share the recipe. The jam comes out to about 10 calories per sandwich.

Oh, and another thing that works if you don't want to scale! Pick up a set of 2 cup glass bakeware containers. They're usually $8-9 at a Wal-mart type store for a pack of 3 with plastic lids.
