Hi, 10 pounds in a month is really good a a great start to build on!!! Hi, Knowwhere your coming from with the alcohol, Thing for me is that when I drink I snack more and my only exercise was walking to the fridge, cut right down recently and finding it so much easier not to snack now, good luck on your journey and feel free to add me to your friend list.

You can make it up with exercise - so eat 1500 calories, burn 300 calories exercising = 1200 daily calories with no warning message
