First I wanna say congrats on quitting smoking.. :) I am doing the same thing but every time Im n class and people smoke on break,i wanna light up as well.. But after about a month, those craving you have should go away!! I would suggest staying clear of smokers and maybe chewing gum.. Good luck !!

I just started the 30 day shred yesterday and its only 20 mins but its very intense and u will burn cal. How many cal. Im unsure because you are mixing it so much and its impossible to log unless you have a heart rate/cal monitor...Its very fun and u will be sore.!! good luck with mixing up ur workout..zumba is fun too :)

Yes!! I have recently been going vegan and I was doing so good...BUT my godkid had a birthday party and there was cheese pizza for the kids and alcohol for the adults and I slipped up and ate a few slices of pizza after a few drinks :( I felt horrible but the next day I continued on my vegan streak and I am even more…
