This is another thing of mine....I go real hard working out on the day that I'm splurging which may have a lot to do with my success!

Thank you! It helps to know you got that day coming......I can want something different everyday of the week and tell myself I'll have that on Saturday and by the time Saturday gets here it will be done changed several times but my way of thinking kept me from binging that week!

Yes it's possible,,,,,,I lost 100 lbs in 10 months and a half and I have a splurge day,,,,,,it's the same day of the week every week. For the first 5 months it was an all day splurge now it's mostly a meal.....and I might throw a soda and or a candy bar in there but even on my splurge day now I always stay in my calorie…

I see no reason for you to track yours......but for me it's necessary......I usually fight myself to get in those 8 cups....And I count every other beverage seperate.....
