You need to eat good things after you workout... Don't fill up on things like doughnuts, cake, pasta, etc. Look for lean protein and veggies.

8:14pm and 1281 consumed-362 burned=net of 919! A little low, but I did my workout at the end of the day and ended up doing more than I planned to do, and I never let myself go hungry, so I think one low day isn't gonna kill me! :smile:

I've always been told that abs can be worked everyday as well! However, I tend do do a workout like ab ripper x every other day, and then focus on my back and do planks on the other days.

^yes this. sorry, it was late and I was getting tired. if you wear a 6 from say jcpenny, on the runway it was originally considered a 10. that's what I meant. I can say that with confidence since I look at our mannequins everyday and my instructors have said it multiple times.
