My boobs recently grew from a 34/36 (small) B to a 34/36 high C/low D depending on the bra. So I am extreeeeemely happy with my larger breasts now, but I think it's because I never had them before :bigsmile:

I love doing intervals on a bike, or doing sprints (like setting a goal to try to do 8mi in 20min or something like that!). Happy peddling!:happy:

My mom and dad have the EXACT same problem. I don't know how, but my mom has just learned to look past it all and focus on her own weight loss. It's really inspiring to see someone have that much willpower.

There is a point where your body becomes comfortable at a certain weight, and maybe this is yours. You're going to have to puch hard but I'm sure you can get past it :)

Probably my boobs because even though I've been losing weight, they've been growing... I think it's because my body finally evened out it's hormones from stopping birth control and no longer playing intense sports. :)

Are you putting anything on the toast? Are you counting condiments? I don't think you need to eat less, but you know your body. Are you adding in any workouts as well? It's hard for any of us to judge what you should eat when we don't really know you/your body/your lifestyle.

Yes. Knee pain and flat feet are very much connected. I have flat feet and when I used to play hockey, it would cause pain in my Achilles tendons and my knees, and I eventually had to have surgery to repair my ACL and take out torn cartilage. Chest press can help because it builds up muscle under the sagging tissue (which is only sagging because you're losing weight, and it is going to come off everywhere, so think of it at a positive!!). They will never look like they did (without surgery), but it can definitely help a bit!
