I don't know if you have any of these, but they're all great options: an orange, a banana, a hand full of almonds, half a cup of pretzels, a cup of air popped pop corn or an apple!

if you're going to eat right before bed do it smart: for example, have a hand full of almonds, or a banana, or a cup of air popped popcorn. you'll kill your craving and it won't destroy your day!

crunches and other ab exercises only build muscle under whatever fat may still be there. if you have torn muscles from pregnancies, I would advise asking your doctor what types of exercises will help you with toning those areas better, but remember that abs are developed with exercise, but shown with diet! it's just going…

all that matters is that your clothes fit differently and your body fat/inches are going down. muscle weighs more than fat. you're converting.

i mean, not to be creepy, but your breasts look fine in your profile picture.. and a lot of the images of fitness models are altered/they're wearing mega push-up bras.

you can always alter your settings as well.. if you're looking to lose two lbs a week, that could be why it says its so low? and you can adjust your caloric intake meter through manual settings.
